About Juan Reynaud

Human Resources executive with extensive experience and a proven track record in international business leadership. He has held management positions at national, Latin American, and global levels in major automotive and mining companies, such as Ford, General Motors, and Newmont (formerly Goldcorp). His experience encompasses the design and execution of comprehensive People and Culture strategies, as well as Organizational Development initiatives aligned with business objectives. He brings broad expertise in strategic talent management, cultural transformation, organizational alignment and integration, and change management. Additionally, he has led leadership and management development programs, executive coaching and mentoring processes, and the design and implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies. His background includes talent management in complex organizational contexts such as start-ups, expansions, mergers and acquisitions, site closures, and operating model transformations. He has also driven innovation in Human Resources through the implementation of technological solutions, while overseeing labor relations strategy and collective bargaining, total rewards and recognition programs, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.
